As the voice of the online consumer loan industry, one of OLA’s primary objectives is to track and affect change on legislative issues related to the online consumer loan industry at both the Federal and State levels of government.
The Online Lenders Alliance support consumer friendly legislation that protects the consumer’s right to short-term credit solutions and access to cash. Our members also support legislation that protects the customer’s right to full financial disclosure that makes practical sense.
